You will need a Macintosh with 10.4 or greater to run the Dashboard version or a Windows/Mac OS computer with a copy of Konfabulator 2.1.

Sometimes the Konfabulator version won't download correctly. Make sure when it downloads it has a .widget extension and not .txt or .zip, otherwise change it to .widget. It should also be noted that on windows the Konfabulator version has been known to have problems such as not being movable.

What it is

This widget displays your gamer card, or anyone elses gamer card for Xbox Live on Xbox 360. This includes information on your Avatar, Gamer Rep, Gamer Score and Zone. This will also display the most recent games the player has played whether the player is online, offline or away and what they are/were playing

New Features:
-Login to Xbox.com in Safari with "Save email and password" and the dashboard widget will tell you the online status of your friends or any gamer (other than the Live ID you're logged into Xbox.com with). Gamers who are online will have their name appear in Green. Gamers who are marked as "away" will have their name appear in Grey and gamers who are offline will have their name in Red. If you mouse over the player avatar a tooltip appears telling you what game the person is either playing or where they were seen last and how long ago! The gamer card for yourself or if you are not logged into Xbox.com will result in just a plain black gamertag name and no tooltip on status. This essentially allows you to have a quick friends list on your Dashboard!

-Loading icon: Instead of guessing when new data has finished downloading there is now a loading image. Whenever a Gamer card starts to download updated data a One South logo will appear in the upper right corner of the widget. The logo will then disappear when new information is finished downloading and displayed

Fixes
-Saved preferences! Now when you log-out or log back into Mac OS X, the widget will remember which Gamer Tags you had set for each instantiation of the Gamer Card. So now you no logner have to reset gamer tags every time you restart or log out and back in.

-Update on bring up the Dashboard. Before in order to get a Gamer Card to update you had to bring it to the focus of the dashboard or re-enter the Gamer Tag. This was particuarly frustrating since there was no indication of whether new info was being downloaded. Now however the widget is set to update every time you display the dashboard and with the loading icon you know its working.


Konfabulator GamerKard v.0.9
New Features:
-Create submenus of GamerKards within 1 window! To add a new sub kard right click on the widget and choose "Create New Sub Kard" To set this sub kard or any kard currently being viewed, right click and choose "Set Gamer Tag." To cycle between gamer kards click on the gamer tag on the gamer card to reveal a menu to choose from. Sub menu up to 6 gamer kards. You can also still create multiple gamer cards on your screen to view simultaneously by right clicking and choosing "Create New Viewer"
-Check online status of friends! Your internet browser must be signed into Xbox.com for this to work and will not work for your own gamercard which you signed into Xbox.com with. When players are online their gamer tag will appear in Green, Red when offline. Mouse over their name to reveal a tooltip about when they are currently playing or were last playing (and when that was).

-The avatar will now link to the profile page even when the name has a space in it

-Will remember all gamertags including whether they are in separate viewers or in submenus. Because This is not just a simple single widget, but actually multiple window objects it does not have a simple preference and will will have to save this data else where. -Will remember position of all windows. This has been updated to support the ability to creating multipe gamer cards right from the widget. Simply right click and choose "Create New Kard" and a new gamer card will be created with the default name you set up in your preferences. To change the gamertag for any particular gamer card right click and choose "Set Gamer Tag" To delete a card right click and choose "Delete Kard." Enjoy!

Dashboard GamerCard v.0.6
This update fixes a bug where the GamerCard would not update when you brought the dashboard back up or entering the same name. This has been fixed now and GamerCards should now update when you bring your dashboad up or click on them. This also fixes some spacing issues when listing recently played games. Clicking on the version number of the back of the widget will also take you to this page now.
